Join us as a Corporate Cleaner at Thirteen Group!Thirteen Group is on the lookout for 2 x Corporate Cleaners for 18 hours per week, working 4 shifts per week of evenings 5pm - 8:30pm (Mon-Fri) and 8 hours every other Saturday 8:30am - 4:30pm.You’ll be based at our head office at Hudson Quay and you will be required to work other locations across the Tees Valley when required.Thirteen Benefits:Salary - £11,826 per annum (+6.75% pay increase, pending implementation) (£24,309 FTE)Annual leave – starting at 28 days and rising to 31 days after three years (pro rata for part time colleagues), a day off for your birthday, plus bank holidays.Pension – up to 17% contributions (flexible contribution rates of up to 7% colleague and up to 10% employer).Simply Health – save money on common health expenses and get access to health and wellbeing support services.T’dar – our Discount and Reward platform giving you huge savings on everyday brands.Opportunities to buy and sell annual leaveKey Responsibilities:Provide a high standard of cleanliness and maintain the overall appearance of corporate building spaces at various locations.Contribute to the upkeep and cleanliness of our corporate buildings through a range of tasks, including cleaning issues, hygiene and waste disposal.Complete assigned tasks to a high standard within agreed timescales.Comply with health and safety legislation, especially in relation to chemicals, site rules, using cleaning equipment, and lone working.About You:A good grasp of safe working and health and safety practices and an understanding of COSHH.Can work flexibly on your own and as part of a team.Comfortable using digital devices to record jobs or be willing to learn.
