Are you a legal professional with a passion for clean energy and infrastructure? Our client, a leading law firm with a strong presence in the renewable energy sector, is seeking a pragmatic Construction Partner to join their collegiate team.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of energy transition, advising on high-impact projects across technologies such as battery storage, solar, wind, hydrogen, and more. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior legal experts and cross-disciplinary teams whilst contributing to the development, acquisition, and operation of cutting-edge energy infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting and negotiating EPC contracts, O&M agreements, and long-term service arrangements Advising on component warranties and supply chain agreements with global manufacturers Supporting transactional work including project acquisitions and disposals Providing legal insight on a range of clean energy technologies and infrastructure models Collaborating with specialists in real estate, corporate, finance, planning, and dispute resolution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proven senior experience in construction law Exposure to clean energy or infrastructure sectors Strong drafting and negotiation skills Ability to work collaboratively across multiple locations and disciplines Familiarity with technologies such as BESS, solar PV, wind, hydrogen, or EV infrastructure is a plus.
