Working on complex and high-value transactions across the private and public sectors, you will be advising clients including central government bodies, life sciences developers, major investors, and renowned educational institutions. \n \nYou’ll handle a broad mix of work including:

\n\t Drafting and negotiating construction documents (JCT, NEC, bespoke forms)

\n\t

Advising on consultant appointments, collateral warranties, parent company guarantees, and bonds

Reviewing construction obligations in property and funding documents

\n\t

Supporting due diligence in corporate and real estate transactions

Assisting clients on modern construction methods and ESG-related developments
