What You'll Do:
Lead and Motivate: Supervise and coordinate a team of ward hosts, cleaning assistants, and porters to ensure an efficient and high-quality service to patients. Training and Development: Provide on-the-job training and mentorship, including arranging buddies for new staff, to foster a culture of growth and capability. Quality Assurance: Monitor cleaning and portering services against established standards, ensuring all areas are resourced appropriately and daily schedules are met. Customer Focus: Develop a customer-focused team, addressing complaints promptly and sharing positive feedback with ward teams. Safety First: Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Health and Safety regulations, maintaining documentation and reporting any incidents correctly. Performance Management: Conduct annual performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement training for staff to uphold service standards.What We're Looking For:
