Join Sodexo as a Cleaning Supervisor at our client site, Diageo HQ, in central London, and play a vital role in leading and motivating a dedicated cleaning team in a fast-paced corporate environment. With Oxford Circus just four minutes away, this is your opportunity to step into a leadership role right in the heart of Soho.

What you’ll do:

• Supervise and support a team of cleaning operatives to ensure high standards of cleanliness across the site.

• Organise rotas, delegate daily tasks, and oversee performance.

• Ensure all cleaning activities are carried out in accordance with site standards and Sodexo policies.

• Provide training and mentoring for new and existing team members.

• Monitor supplies and equipment, reporting maintenance needs promptly.

• Liaise with on-site management and respond to client needs efficiently.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in cleaning or janitorial services, preferably in a supervisory role.

• Ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team.

• Strong organisational, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Attention to detail and excellent customer service.

• Admin and scheduling competence, with good physical stamina.
