Hours: Mostly 9am-5pm (some shift variation may apply)
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead a small team at a high-end gym facility in Bristol. This is a temporary full-time role, offering a great opportunity to work in a premium environment where high standards of cleanliness and presentation are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily cleaning operations across the gym, spa, and changing areas
Supervise and support cleaning staff to maintain top-tier hygiene standards
Conduct quality checks and ensure tasks are completed to specification
Manage supplies and stock levels of cleaning products and equipment
Liaise with management to report issues and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Be flexible with shift times when required
Requirements:
Proven cleaning experience
A proactive, hands-on approach with excellent attention to detail
Strong leadership and communication skills
Reliable and punctual with a high level of professionalism
