Cleaning Supervisor, Monday to Friday, 7pm to 10pm

JPC By Samsic is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for providing superior quality cleaning services to our clients, supervising the cleaning staff and ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed safely and in adherence to the company’s standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of cleaning staff and overseeing the day-to-day operations.
• Developing staff cleaning schedules and delegating tasks.
• Ensuring that all cleaning tasks are completed in accordance with Samsic' quality standards.
• Providing training and guidance to cleaning staff as needed.
• Maintaining cleaning supplies inventory and making sure all cleaning equipment is in good working condition.
• Inspecting cleaning work for quality assurance.
• Addressing any client complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintaining records of cleaning activities and communicating them to management.
