As Supervisor, you will ensure that cleaning staff perform their duties efficiently, maintain high cleanliness standards, and contribute to a safe and hygienic environment. At OCS, our cleaners play an important part in providing safe, clean environments in which our customers can thrive in their workspaces.ResponsibilitiesManaging a small team, looking after rotas, holidays, and performance and responsible for delivering training to all cleaning operatives and ensuring all records are updated correctly.Overseeing and assisting with the cleaning of floors, communal areas, stairwells, and washrooms (plus other ad hoc areas).Conducting cleaning audits on a weekly basis and escalating any areas of concern.Managing the ordering of stock and consumables, updating the stock management system and distributing to cleaning cupboards.Communicating with customers/clients at all levels and providing assistance as needed.QualificationsYou must have Right to Work in the UK.Excellent communication skills.Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role.Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise.About The CompanyOCS UK & Ireland is a leading facilities management company with 50,000+ colleagues and a turnover in excess of £2bn.
