Join a team working within schools and Council buildings in Kirkcaldy, at Windmill Community Campus.ResponsibilitiesSupervise cleaning staff, provide training and guidance, and follow HR procedures to the appropriate level.Ensure staff and clients can return to a clean and safe environment every school day.Position DetailsCleaning Supervisor - 23.5 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 3:30pm–8:00pm and Friday 2:30pm–8:00pm, 40 weeks per year.Salary and BenefitsStarting pay £13.79 per hour, plus extra payments for shift work (including weekends).Salary range £24,740.74 to £25,885.80 pro-rata (for 23.5 hours and 40 weeks).Travel expenses: 45 pence per mile for staff using their own car.Pay is four weekly and annualised for 40 week contracts.Membership of Fife Pension Fund (LGPS Scotland).Generous holiday allowance.Support with training opportunities and qualifications for the job.Local and national discounts including supermarkets, restaurants and retail.RequirementsCleaning Operatives Efficiency Certificate or equivalent and some supervisory experience.PVG scheme membership through Disclosure Scotland (required before confirming appointment).Induction training day prior to starting in post.For further information please contact: Brenda Walker. #J-18808-Ljbffr
