The Role: Supervise a safe, efficient, and high-quality operation, ensuring an excellent experience for key clients and site visitors. Maintain site facilities to a consistently high standard in line with company policies and health & safety requirements. Monitor and manage supplies and equipment, ensuring adequacy in both quantity and quality. Foster positive, professional working relationships with colleagues, clients, and site staff. Provide cover during staff absences and respond to emergencies across the division. Deliver training to team members where required and support managers in daily operations. Conduct deep cleans when necessary, including carpet, upholstery, high-level, and kitchen/bathroom cleaning. Ensure compliance with the Time and Attendance system and create weekly staff rotas.
