Overview Contract: Permanent Type: Full-Time Hours: 37.5 p/w Pay: £15.93 Location: Stevenage - Lister Hospital - East and North Herts Responsibilities

Manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning. Ensure cleaning staff understand and work to task schedules while following correct Health & Safety procedures; provide technical training as required. Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness, manage use of materials and order stock as necessary. Address issues efficiently and professionally, referring to the line manager where appropriate.

Qualifications / Experience

Ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience. Good communication skills, reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude. Ability to work to a schedule on their own initiative.

Shifts / Positions

x1 Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm starting from 1st October. x1 5 over 7 days to work mixed shift days and times.
