Responsibilities:

Supervise and support cleaning staff in their daily duties. *
Carry out site inspections and quality checks. *
Organise rotas, cover absences, and manage cleaning supplies. *
Ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times. *
Liaise with management and clients regarding site requirements.
Requirements:

Previous experience in cleaning supervision. *
Strong communication and organisational skills. *
Good attention to detail and a hands-on approach. *
Flexible and reliable with a positive attitude.
