Overview The Norwich Bioscience Institutes Partnership (NBIP) has an exciting opportunity for a Cleaning Supervisor to join their busy Facilities department. The Cleaning Supervisor ensures the delivery of high-quality, flexible cleaning services across the NBIP and Institutes. This role involves managing two Cleaning Team Leaders and the wider cleaning team while maintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness to support the scientific research environment. Requirements The ideal candidate will have a good general level of education, a NEBOSH Award / IOSH Health and Safety certificate (or equivalent) and NVQ Level 2 in Leadership and Management (or working towards it). They should have excellent knowledge of cleaning services and best practices, including British cleaning Standards, and excellent knowledge of cleaning management systems. They should also have recent experience of managing in-house cleaning teams and working in a customer-focused and high-demand environment.
