About The RoleTC Facilities Management are looking for a Supervisor to manage a team working on site. Working alongside the Cleaning Manager you will provide support to the site, along with the training and developing our colleagues.Location: Cambridge. CB1 3LH. Working Hours: 5 days from 7, on a rota. 37.5 hours per week (shift times to be discussed at interview). Salary: £13.00 per hourJob PurposeTo manage a team of operatives and ensure service delivery standards and specifications are met and within budget.Major AccountabilitiesTo ensure all colleagues have the correct uniform and are dressed appropriately to reflect the TCFM brand.To manage the recruitment process for colleagues ensuring adherence to TCFM recruitment processes and standards at all times.To manage the performance of colleagues in consultation with an appropriate HR representative, taking necessary actions to develop colleagues or improve performanceTo ensure the payment of colleagues correctly and on time every time by following all company time and pay processing requirements.To train and induct all colleagues in their role, the standards expected, the TCFM values and company policies, procedures and guidelinesTo ensure all colleagues are trained in, and adhere to, Health and Safety and COSHH policies and procedures To adhere to all company processes, policies and proceduresTo develop and maintain the relationship with the customer to ensure their expectations are met whilst working within defined specifications.To complete audits accurately and on time, carrying out any resolution actions identified within timescales.To complete and process all necessary paperwork accurately and on time, providing ‘sign off’ for completed tasks as required.To ensure all cleaning materials and machinery are available, in good working order and used in a safe manner.To ensure all periodical cleans are completed to the required specification and timescale and signed off by the customer.What do you get from us?Free gym / gym membershipAssistance Programme through Legal & General Spectrum Life – Physical, mental, and financial health support for all our colleagues through our ehub and phone.Wagestream – Track and access your money as you earn it.
