Cleaning Supervisor with key holder responsibilities

We are seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our dedicated team at a supportive and inclusive Special Educational Needs (SEN) school.

The successful candidate will be a reliable and motivated individual with a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support a team of cleaners to ensure all areas of the school are cleaned to a high standard.
• Carry out cleaning duties as part of the team.
• Ensure cleaning schedules and checklists are followed and completed.
• Act as a key holder, responsible for securing the premises at the end of the shift.
• Report any maintenance or health and safety issues promptly.
• Liaise with school staff and the Site Manager to ensure operational needs are met.

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has previous cleaning and supervisory experience (preferred).
• Is trustworthy, punctual, and takes pride in their work.
• Understands the importance of hygiene and safety in a school environment.
• Can work independently and as part of a team.
• Is flexible and able to adapt to the needs of the school.
