What You'll Be Doing:

You’ll be supporting our site and facilities teams with administrative duties, helping to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your hands-on experience in cleaning supervision will bring valuable insight to the role.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing and updating cleaning schedules and compliance records

*

Assisting with stock control and supply orders for cleaning and hygiene materials

*

Creating and maintaining spreadsheets and reports

*

Liaising with suppliers and contractors

*

Supporting HR with timesheets, rotas, and onboarding paperwork

*

General office admin tasks (filing, answering calls, email correspondence)

What We’re Looking For:

We’re not expecting you to have years of admin experience — we’re looking for someone with great organisational skills, attention to detail, and a desire to grow into an administrative role that has a cleaning supervisory experience within construction.

You should have:

Previous experience as a Cleaning Supervisor within construction

*

Own Vehicle

*

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

*

Strong written and verbal communication skills

*

A proactive and professional attitude

*

Willingness to learn and develop new skills

*

Right to work in the UK
