Salary: £29,173- £33,287Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
Shift Pattern:
Monday - Thursday 06:00 - 09:00 and 15:30 - 20:00
Friday 06:00 - 08:00 and 16:00 - 20:00
Responsibilities
Supervise cleaning teams across multiple sites and allocate routine/general tasks to cleaning operatives.
Deal with matters arising, escalate concerns and report unresolved issues to the Locality Hub Team Leader.
Ensure general cleaning of premises is carried out as required and in accordance with the Service Level Agreement, under the direction of the Locality Hub Team Leader.
Ensure cleaning materials and equipment are handled and used safely and conscientiously.
Carry out routine audits, site inspections, report machinery faults and maintain stock control/orders.
Possess or work towards relevant licences as required; a full clean driving licence is desirable but not essential.
Be a key member of the Facilities Management team and contribute to delivering a safe, clean environment across the estate.
Requirements / Qualifications
The role is regulated work with children and/or protected adults under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidate will be required to join the PVG Scheme or undergo a PVG Scheme update check. An Overseas Criminal Record Check will be required if applicable. An unconditional offer is subject to satisfactory completion of these checks.
