We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our clients in London.If you are looking for a new and unique company to work for, look no further than Dazzle!Responsibilities and DutiesCover cleaners' sick/holiday days where requiredBe available to pick up keys from offices/HQ and drop off to cleanersMeet, greet and train cleaners on their first cleanRun a H&S (Health and Safety) check with the cleanersExplain company policiesTrain cleaners on how to use our App time sheet systemRun spot checks across ALL client sites to ensure cleans are of top qualityLiaise with clients on any account requirements and resolve conflicts with our backend teamsOccasionally purchase equipment and drop off to any client sitesOn occasions, you will need to take on the cleans yourself; this is critical, and we need a person to pull their sleeves up and deliver!Must have:Be flexible with your hours, working 4 hours per eveningGeneral working knowledge of Health and Safety, COSHH and PPE - essentialMinimum of 1 year Supervisory cleaning experience - essentialPrevious experience of supervising people - essentialCompetent communication and written skills, and able to use mobile Apps, Excel spreadsheets, etc.A good hard-working attitudeExcellent customer service skillsGreat attention to detailAbility to manage mixed personalities calmly and diplomaticallyMobile phone with data & WhatsAppHave an advanced DBS certificateAbility to build relationships with cleaning teams, clients, and backend management teamsBe the cleaning team's go-to person/mentorWilling to take regular instructions and report to management on a daily basis by video or audio callsAbility to work under pressureAbility to work independentlyImmaculate personal presentationWhat you'll get in return:Opportunity to be an integral part of a young and vibrant teamCareer and salary growth year-on-yearPensionBusiness Travel card paid for (Zone 1 & 2)Work with the leading tech-led cleaning company in LondonHolidaysInitially, this will be for 4 hours per evening, in return we will offer a generous £14ph. #J-18808-Ljbffr
