We are currently recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team based in Armagh City Centre. This is a great opportunity to join a supportive, people-focused company where your experience is valued, and there is real potential for development. *What We Offer* * £13.50 per hour (paid monthly) * 28 days paid holiday (pro rata) * Permanent contract with set hours * Company pension scheme * Full uniform and PPE provided * Training and development opportunities * Supportive working environment *About the Role* * Oversee cleaning within a professional manufacturing environment * Supervise and support a small cleaning team * Ensure high standards are consistently met * Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely (COSHH knowledge preferred) * Operate scrubber dryer machines (training provided if needed) * Report any faults or health and safety concerns * Carry out occasional additional tasks as required *What We’re Looking For* * At least one year of cleaning supervisory experience (essential) * Strong attention to detail and organisational skills * Able to work independently and take initiative * Positive attitude and a hands-on approach * Good communication skills and a commitment to quality * Basic literacy skills to follow instructions and health and safety guidelines If you're reliable, experienced, and take pride in maintaining high cleaning standards, we’d love to hear from you.
