About the Role: We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Cleaning Operative to join our team. The role will involve cleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard, ensuring they are safe, hygienic, and welcoming for all.
Key Responsibilities:

Cleaning communal areas such as corridors, stairwells, entrances, and shared facilities
*
Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
*
Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely
*
Reporting any maintenance or health and safety issues
*
Following cleaning schedules and ensuring high standards at all times
Requirements:
*
Previous cleaning experience preferred but not essential (training provided)
*
Good attention to detail
*
Reliable and punctual
*
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
