Job Description: Clean Area Team Member
Location: Lincoln
Position Type: Permanent
Shift Pattern: A/B shift rotation – 37 hours per week (see Hours of Work for details)
Position Description/Scope of the role
* Applicants should be able to read Engineering drawings, use standard hand-tools and general measuring equipment and have good dexterity skills.
* Tasks will be varied, covering all Clean Area roles and responsibilities, (cleaning / preparation / fitting of liner / trimming etc), ensuring that processes are carried out to specifications.
Main Responsibilities/Activities
* Cleaning, preparation of parts
* Fitting, bonding of liner to parts
* Trimming of liner
* Ensuring processed parts conform to drawing
* Ensuring parts are processed in the allowed time
* Ensuring all documentation is accurate
* Supporting the area in carrying out alternative tasks as required
* Supporting other team-members as required
* Achieving Production / Arrears / Quality / Efficiency targets as identified by Production Management
* Adherence to Health and Safety requirements and standards.

Hours of Work
A Shift:
* Monday to Thursday: 6:00am – 1:35pm
* Friday: 6:00am – 12:45pm (No Premium)
B Shift:
* Monday to Thursday: 1:25pm – 9:05pm
* Friday: 12:35pm – 7:00pm (20% Premium)
Overtime available when required

Salary:
£23,500 - £33,000 /annum Plus generous benefits package
