As a Cleaning Operative, you will be an essential member of our team, responsible for executing a range of cleaning tasks to uphold our company’s reputation for excellence. You will work under minimal supervision while demonstrating efficiency and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general cleaning duties including dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors. Maintain clean and sanitary conditions in restrooms and kitchen areas, replenishing supplies as needed. Empty waste bins and dispose of trash as per company procedures. Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and responsibly. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to your supervisor promptly. Comply with all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe workspace. Assist with special cleaning projects as required. Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning role is an advantage. Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks. Ability to work independently and take initiative. Physical fitness to perform manual tasks and lift equipment as needed. Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks. Excellent communication skills. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
