AM Surveying & Block Management is a trusted provider of Block Management and Building Surveying services across London and the South East. We offer a range of in-house property maintenance services to our clients and are now looking for a skilled Cleaning Operative to join our dedicated team.

*Introduction to the Role*

We’re seeking a motivated individual who can add value to our operations and grow with the business. As a Cleaning Operative, you’ll work closely with our Property Management and On-Site Services teams, delivering high-quality cleaning services across multiple sites. Duties include general cleaning, scheduled deep cleans, and waste removal—carried out with professionalism, care, and attention to detail.

*Key Responsibilities* * Perform scheduled cleaning tasks at residential blocks and estates * Handle waste removal and occasional deep cleans * Collect equipment and job briefings from HQ weekly * Use a company van to travel to sites across Kent and London * Update job progress using a company-issued smartphone/tablet * Work independently and within a small team * Represent AM professionally on all sites

*Experience & Qualifications*

We’re looking for someone who: * Has several years of experience in the cleaning industry * Demonstrates excellent cleaning standards and knowledge of cleaning products * Shows great attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving * Is adaptable, dependable, and takes pride in their work * Has excellent communication and organisational skills * Presents themselves in a professional and friendly manner * Is fluent in spoken and written English * Holds a *full UK driving licence* and is confident navigating Kent and London
