In this key leadership role, you’ll take responsibility for the cleaning operations at a major rail depot for one of our flagship clients. Reporting to the Account Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and leading a high-performing team aligned to Churchill’s values. You'll ensure operational excellence and the consistent delivery of high standards in train cleanliness, with a strong focus on compliance, performance, and continuous improvement. As a Cleaning Operation & Centre of Excellence Manager you’ll be: Lead the operational and strategic delivery of all cleaning services across the site. Drive performance through clear KPIs, particularly around mobilisation, transition, and the establishment of the Centre of Excellence.
