OverviewJoin our team of dedicated support staff and become an essential part of the educational journey of our pupils, ensuring their success and wellbeing. We are looking to appoint a dedicated, enthusiastic and reliable Cleaning Assistant to join our team at Northfield Primary School. This is a key role in helping maintain a clean, safe and hygienic environment for our pupils, staff and visitors.ResponsibilitiesEnsure all designated areas of the school are cleaned to a high standard.Carry out routine cleaning tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising surfaces.Refill and replace consumables such as soap, paper towels and toilet rolls.Report any faults or maintenance issues promptly.Maintain basic records as directed (e.g. cleaning schedules or stock levels).Qualifications & AttributesHas a friendly manner and approachable demeanor with both staff and pupils.Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Is proactive and takes pride in their work.Has previous experience in a cleaning or facilities role (preferred but not essential).About the School and TrustNorthfield Primary School are proud to have recently joined one of the country\'s highest performing Trusts.
