Total Clean - Area Manager, London

Total Clean is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our rapidly expanding team in London. This is a full-time, hands-on role for a client-focused professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional service.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for the overall service delivery and management of our commercial cleaning contracts throughout London. This includes a variety of services, such as general commercial cleaning, window cleaning, hard floor treatments, and deep cleaning.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client & Staff Communication: Building strong relationships with clients and staff, ensuring clear communication and high levels of satisfaction.
• Quality Assurance: Conducting regular audits to ensure our services consistently meet the highest standards.
• Operations & Logistics: Managing the recruitment, training, and development of your team. This also includes handling time and attendance, payroll compliance, and ensuring all services are delivered efficiently.
• Hands-on Support: Providing direct support on-site as needed to ensure operational excellence.

About You

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least two years of recent experience in a similar role within the commercial cleaning industry.
• A proven ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients.
• A strong eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
• The flexibility to work a split shift schedule, approximately 5:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with some Saturday mornings and additional overtime as required.

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (required)
• Clear Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check (required)
