The role requires a proactive approach to cleanliness, safety, and resident support, contributing to the overall wellbeing of the community. Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning of communal areas, guest rooms, lounges, and dining rooms. Use cleaning products safely and in accordance with COSHH guidelines. Maintain accurate stock records and order cleaning materials as required. Plan work schedules with consideration for residents needs and preferences. Conduct fire safety and health & safety checks, reporting repairs promptly. Keep communal areas tidy and free from hazards. Attend regular training sessions and maintain up-to-date training logs.
