Cleaning Operative at a Supported Living Scheme Location: Cleator Moor, CA25 5AU. Must be able to commute direct to site. Schedule:

9:00AM - 10.30AM (1.5 hours per day), Monday - Friday (Start time flexible) Pay Rate:

£12.60 per hour Must have cleaning experience. Duties and Responsibilities: To clean and prepare all areas for which you are responsible for whilst following the necessary company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment for service users and staff. To be responsible for cleaning areas as allocated by our North-West Operations Manager. To use cleaning materials as instructed by the Cleaning Supervisor/Operations Manager. To vacuum all carpeted areas and to wash or mop the floors of toilets in designated areas. To empty and clean bins and remove waste to designated areas. To dust and wash surfaces carefully each day with clean dusters/cloths, including desks, seats, ledges, skirting boards and other places where dust settles. To regularly clean toilets and hand basins On occasions to carry out periodic cleaning of all internal surfaces and windows, including internal doors. Report all defects/hazards immediately to Cleaning Supervisor/Operations Manager To comply with COSHH, Manual Handling, Risk Assessment, Colour Coding and any other Cleaning Policies Key Skills and Desirables Cleaning experience Carry out all cleaning tasks in accordance with the cleaning schedule Take ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others at work Report all machine and building faults to the Operations Manager Respond courteously to customer and management requests Salary & Benefits Hours: 7.5 hours per week.
