Role Title: Cleaner

Location: Llysfasi

Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time (1 x 0.4054 FTE 15 hours a week and 1 x 0.9459 FTE 35 hours a week)

Salary: £24,423 Pro Rata

Here at Coleg Cambria we are looking for Cleaners to join our Estates and Facilities team.

Overview of Role

Working as part of our college wide Facilities Team, you will ensure the premises are clean, safe and well maintained for our staff, students and visitors. 

We are looking for someone who has an understanding of cleaning processes, knowledge of health and safety and takes pride in their work, delivering high standards. As a Cleaner your role will involve sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, polishing surfaces, mopping, emptying waste bins and supporting the college’s waste and recycling plans, supporting with other duties when required. Additional PPE and training in line with government guidelines will be provided

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to liaise with staff at all levels

  • A team player who can work with others effectively

  • Able to plan and prioritise workload

  • Available to work from 6.30am

  • Welsh language skills are desirable for this position.
