M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a cleaner to join one of our clients, based in Tewkesbury.
Main Duties & Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning tasks across factory and office areas, including washrooms, rest areas, canteen, and other shared facilities.
Manage and replenish hygiene and safety consumables such as soap, sterilant, and personal protective equipment (PPE).
Wash, sort, and store employees workwear in line with company hygiene standards.
Maintain accurate stock levels of workwear and PPE, and log items issued to staff.
Promptly report any issues or concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and hygiene standards.
Carry out additional tasks as requested by your supervisor or manager, within reason.
Comply with the companys Health & Safety Policy and promote a safe working environment.
Desirable Skills & Attributes: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and cleanliness.
Positive and motivated attitude with a strong work ethic.
Flexible and adaptable, able to work varied shift patterns and meet tight deadlines.
