Core Cleaning Responsibilities * Cleaning communal areas such as seating zones, corridors, and entrances * Maintaining male and female toilets and washrooms to a high hygiene standard, including replenishing soap, paper towels, and toilet rolls * Emptying bins regularly and ensuring waste is disposed of correctly * Daily cleaning tasks across all facilities, including floors, windows, and touchpoints ??? Operational & Support Duties * Replenishing stock in cleaning stations and sometimes assisting with display or fridge restocking in food outlets * Participating in shift handovers to ensure continuity of service and smooth operations * Reporting maintenance issues (e.g., broken fixtures, faulty equipment) to supervisors for quick resolution ?? Customer-Facing Aspects * Ensuring a welcoming environment by keeping areas tidy and presentable for travelers * Responding to customer needs when asked about facilities or cleanliness concerns * Supporting overall customer experience by contributing to a safe, clean, and comfortable stopover ?
