School Vacancies:

Ogmore Vale primary – 10h a week, 2 hours per day Mon-Fri 6-8am or 2.30-5.30pm, 40 weeks a year

Pencoed primary – 10h a week, 2 hours per day Mon-Fri 6-8am or 2.30-5.30pm, 39 weeks a year

Brackla primary – 10h a week, 2 hours per day Mon-Fri 3.30-5.30pm, 39 weeks a year

Porthcawl primary – 10h a week, 2 hours per day Mon-Fri 6-8am, 38 weeks a year

Bryncethin Campus – 10h a week, 2 hours per day, Mon-Fri 6-8am or 2.30-5.30pm, 39 weeks a year

Pencoed comp -10h a week, 2 hours per day Mon-Fri 6-8am or 2.30-5.30pm, 39 weeks a year

F.S.Plasnewydd – 5h a week, 1 hour per day Mon-Fri 3-4pm, 39 weeks a year

Waterton depot – 13h a week Monday 9am to 12pm, Tuesday to Friday 9am to 11.30am, 52 weeks a year

Term Time

The Facilities Management team provides a comprehensive cleaning service to a number of buildings and schools throughout Bridgend County.

The purpose of the role is to undertake cleaning tasks providing a high standard of service. 

Full training will be provided, and you will be expected to have some knowledge of Health and Safety.

Excellent communication skills are required together with a flexible approach.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.

Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.

An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
