Cleaning Supervisor - Join Our Team!

Location: wigan area Job Type: Part time Salary: £14 ph plus mileage Start Date: ASAP

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Cleaning Supervisor to oversee our cleaning team and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations

Lead and motivate a team of cleaners

Ensure cleaning tasks are completed to company and client standards

Conduct quality checks and report any issues

Train new staff and monitor performance

Manage cleaning supplies and equipment

Liaise with management and clients as required

Requirements:

Strong leadership and communication skills

High attention to detail and ability to spot areas for improvement

Good time management and organisational skills

Flexible and reliable with a hands-on approach

Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations

Enchanced DBS A car - must be able to travel between sites
