You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.ResponsibilitiesDeliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer and ensure contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements whilst adhering to cleaning schedules.Contribute to a hospital reputation for high-quality soft services; seek opportunities to develop this further where possible.Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.Work with initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.Ability to work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.Ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; training can be provided.
