Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules. Contribute to a hospital reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities to develop this further. Build positive and productive working relationships with customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking continuous improvements. Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. Work with initiative where appropriate; be reliable, professional, and a team player; strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.

Requirements / Qualifications

Cleaning experience is preferred, but training can be provided. Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
