Overview We are looking for an experienced Cleaner in our healthcare division to deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules. Responsibilities

Maintain a high standard of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer and ensure service delivery meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules. Build positive and productive relationships with customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek continuous improvement to exceed expectations. Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. Work to own initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude; capable of working to a schedule; be a team player; strive for continuous improvements in service delivery. The ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; training can be provided; should have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.

Qualifications
