Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.21

Type of Employment: Part Time

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (5:00 AM to 7:30 AM)

Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 12.5

Location: CHP - Kirkby - Tower Hill Primary Care and Community Resource Centre - Ebony Way

You will be part of the healthcare division delivering routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer, ensuring contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules.

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to the required standards and SLA targets.
• Maintain a reputation for high-quality soft services within the hospital environment and seek opportunities to improve further.
• Build positive, productive working relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service.
• Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work to own initiative where appropriate and be reliable, hardworking, and professional.
• Follow schedules, work as a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning is preferred; training can be provided.
• Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
