Job Title: Cleaner
Hourly Rate of Pay: £12.21
Position Type: Permanent
Type of Employment: Part Time
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (5:00AM to 7:30AM)
Total Weekly Contractual Hours: 12.5
Location: CHP - Kirkby - Tower Hill Primary Care and Community Resource Centre - Ebony Way

Responsibilities

• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer; ensure service delivery meets all SLA agreements and adheres to cleaning schedules.
• Maintain the hospital's reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities to develop this further.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers; deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.
• Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.
• Work to own initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude; able to work to a schedule; be a team player; strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; training can be provided.
• Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
