Deliver excellent service of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer. Ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meets all SLA agreements while adhering to cleaning schedules. Contribute to maintaining the hospital’s reputation for high-quality soft services and look for opportunities to develop this further. Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations. Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. Work with initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude. Be able to work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.

Qualifications

Cleaning experience is preferred; training can be provided. Full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
