Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer in a healthcare environment. Ensure contract service delivery meets high standards and adheres to cleaning schedules and SLA agreements. Maintain the hospital’s reputation for high-quality soft services and seek opportunities to improve and exceed expectations. Build positive, productive relationships with customers and provide excellent customer service. Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures. Work with initiative, reliability and professionalism; be a team player and strive for continuous improvement in service delivery.

Qualifications

Cleaning experience preferred; training can be provided. Full working knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie.
