You need to ensure the contract service delivery is of a high standard and meet all SLA agreements whilst adhering to the cleaning schedules.ResponsibilitiesDeliver routine planned and periodic cleaning to the Mitie customer to a high standard in accordance with cleaning schedules and SLA agreements.Help ensure the hospital has a reputation for high-quality soft services and identify opportunities to develop this further where possible.Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service, and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.Adhere to all Mitie Quality, Safety, Health and Environmental policies and procedures.Work with initiative where appropriate; be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude.Work to a schedule, be a team player, and strive for continuous improvements in service delivery.QualificationsThe ideal candidate would have cleaning experience; however training can be provided.You should have a full working knowledge of all cleaning equipment, materials and approved chemicals used by Mitie. #J-18808-Ljbffr
