Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: £2,150 per month

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our property services team in Colchester. This full-time role focuses on keeping communal areas in residential blocks clean and safe, with occasional deep cleans at the start or end of tenancies. The position suits someone who is self-motivated, hardworking, and committed to high standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean entrances, hallways, stairwells, lifts, and bin stores.
• Vacuum, mop, and sanitise handrails, handles, and switches.
• Remove litter and maintain a tidy environment.
• Restock consumables in shared areas.
• Report hazards or maintenance issues.

Tenancy Deep Cleans

• Thoroughly clean kitchens, bathrooms, appliances, windows, and surfaces.
• Remove leftover items responsibly.
• Report damage or concerns to management.

Skills & Experience

• Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of deep cleaning practices.
• Physically fit, with attention to detail.
• Able to work independently or in a small team.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
