Supporting the team to run the day to day ​a​cross our busy business centres​, ​s​set up meeting rooms and weekly events

Work with and support the Premises Officer​

Working with site cleaners to ensure a great standard for our customers and tenants

Grounds Maintenance

General Maintenance across our 4 buildings with 95 workspaces

There will be some basic plumbing involved, use of equipment like floor buffing, carpet cleaning. First fix person before calling out any specialist contractors

Painting and decorating

Knowledge of building health and safety and security

Overall Purpose of this post

To provide cleaning, security, repairs and maintenance services at multiple sites.

To maintain standards of cleanliness, hygiene and presentation. To be customer-orientated and achieve good customer relations. To maintain the safety and security of premises, material and equipment. To meet the repair and maintenance needs of the building and external areas, maintaining fixtures and fittings to approved standards.
