We are seeking an experienced candidate for the role of Clean Water Project Manager for an outstanding company in the Water industry. The company has an excellent reputation in the industry; its products and solutions use the latest technologies and innovations to facilitate efficient management of the UK’s waste-water and clean water networks.Candidate RequirementsAt least 5 years of experience in the Clean Water industry, including management of field teams and project rolloutExperience in clean water network surveys and the ability to develop new businessA proven track record in stakeholder, personnel, and financial managementExperience applying risk management principles, particularly related to clients, workload, scheduling, and reportingIdeally, a Degree or HND in a relevant disciplineFull UK driving licenceWillingness to travel regularly, spending on average 2 nights a week away from homeCompany OverviewThe company has an increasing number of long-term contracts with all UK utility companies. These contracts rely on the accurate and efficient installation and maintenance of instrumentation by our Field Engineers. As a total data solution provider, installation and maintenance of this equipment are fundamental to the business.The Role & ResponsibilitiesGeneralManaging project resources and implementing strategic plans for clients across ScotlandMonitoring and reporting project progressCollaborating with clients to create and implement instrumentation maintenance strategiesCommunicating performance, budgets, and KPIs with company and client management, and reviewing or revising as neededTracking and monitoring budgets at a regional level and communicating this with clientsFollowing up on business development opportunities and owning customer assetsConducting site visits to review options and viabilityEnsuring contract governance and adherence to specificationsQuality control and verification of data submitted by analysts and project engineersOrdering manufacturer parts and spares for regional teamsStaffingSelecting and allocating staff to meet regional targets and ensure adequate experiencePerformance management, training, and mentoring of staffDay-to-day liaison with team membersHealth & SafetyPromoting safe working practices to protect staff, subcontractors, and the publicIdentifying and managing risks across activitiesTimely communication of health and safety issuesManaging traffic safety proceduresBenefits PackageStarting salary between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum, based on skills and experienceFully expensed company vehicle, including fuel cardPerformance-related bonus schemePrivate medical insurance and pension scheme25 days holiday per year, plus bank holidaysIf you believe you have the necessary skills and experience for this Clean Water Project Manager role, please apply today. #J-18808-Ljbffr
