NEW CLEAN ROOM TECHNICIAN BASED IN ANDOVER.

Our client based in Andover, Hampshire specialise in the design and manufacture of highly complex electronics for a range of industries like aerospace, medical and automotive.

In this hands-on role, you’ll be working with advanced microelectronics processes, supporting the production of high-quality assemblies and components. You’ll handle specialised tools and equipment, ensuring every product meets our exacting standards for performance and reliability.

Responsibilities as an Clean Room Technician in Andover.

* Operate and maintain cleanroom manufacturing equipment from setup and operation to safe shutdown.

* Assemble microelectronic products using die bonding and wire bonding processes to exact specifications.

* Monitor process quality, ensuring equipment performance and product standards are consistently achieved.

* Record and maintain production data, ensuring full compliance with internal and external quality systems.

* Identify and communicate issues with process or product quality, escalating when needed to Engineering or Management.

* Support maintenance activities to keep equipment running efficiently.

Requirements as a Clean Room Technician in Andover.

* Experience in a manufacturing or production environment, ideally in Electronics, Medical, Laboratory, or Scientific fields.

* Excellent attention to detail and teamworking skills.

* Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain quality documentation.
