Clean and Clear Operative 6 month Fixed Term Contract You will be responsible for undertaking mould treatment, painting and minor damp prevention in tenants properties and empty properties. You will also be responsible for basic painting and decorating tasks such as stripping wallpaper and painting walls. In addition, you will clear and clean empty properties (voids) including external spaces and outside of the property.
