Clean Air Zone PCN Appeals Team Officer (Job Ref: Bristol 5277746). Pay Rate: £13.47 per hour. Contract Type: Temporary, Anticipated 7 to 8 months. Working Arrangement: Office-based initially with option for hybrid working once successfully trained.

Key Responsibilities

• Process appeals within statutory deadlines
• Process incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Data entry
• Maintain and update electronic records
• Provide advice to call handlers

Qualifications & Experience

• Previous experience in customer services within a local authority, ideally experience relating to enforcement PCNs, and some knowledge relating to Clean Air Zones.
• An eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with a good level of English (both written and spoken).
• Basic computer literacy is essential.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, working without direct supervision and be self-reliant.
