OverviewCatering & Cleaning Assistant Manager position based at Ferryfield House, 100 Pilton Drive, Edinburgh, United Kingdom. You will support the Hotel Services Manager in leading a team delivering catering and cleaning services across the site, manage payroll administration with Kronos, maintain personnel records, and cover manager duties in the Manager’s absence.
