Responsibilities
Providing excellent customer service.
Cleaning of the car park areas, etc.
Regular car park patrols, which include cleaning and H&S audits.
Data entry and daily reporting, audit checks.
Operating car parking equipment and processing range of ticket options.
Other, general / ad hoc operational matters.
Skills essential to the role
Efficiently communicate both verbally and in written form.
Computer literate.
Accurate and confident Microsoft Word and Excel ability.
Strong organisational skills.
Able to manage and utilise time effectively.
A working knowledge of current health and safety legislation.
Hours and overtime
Minimum commitment: 8 hours per week
Overtime available: Up to 40 hours per week
Salary & Benefits
Day shifts: Starting at £13.85 per hour
Night shifts: Starting at £14.25 per hour
Higher rates available for specific locations
