In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our business operations running smoothly — from supporting procurement and finance processes to maintaining accurate employee data and preparing insightful reports.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to use their organisational and analytical skills to make a real impact.As a Business Support Executive you’ll be:Supporting Operational Managers with the full procurement process, including purchase order creation, approvals, and tracking.Processing and reconciling invoices accurately and on time.Monitoring and tracking budgets, ensuring compliance with financial guidance.Coordinating learning and development activity, making sure it’s delivered within budget and procurement protocols.Preparing reports and presentations, highlighting financial and operational trends.Maintaining employee data in company systems with accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity.Supporting HR, ER, and Finance teams with workforce and cost-related reporting.Providing practical day-to-day business and administrative support to colleagues.As a Business Support Executive you’ll have::Experience in procurement, purchase order processing, and invoicing.Strong Excel skills, with the ability to manage and analyse data effectively.Experience in budget tracking and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines.Great attention to detail and a collaborative, team-focused approach.It would be great if you also have:A Level 5 (or above) qualification in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.Around 3 years’ experience in a similar role with exposure to procurement, data input, and reporting.Experience using HR, ER, or finance systems.At Churchill, relationships are the glue that holds us together – you’ll be someone who works collaboratively with your team and builds a strong bond with your clients.
